It was nice to meet Alan Hoang and were sorry that we missed you.
All the tour guides and drivers were of a very high standard, but our guide in Hoi An and Hue, Nhu was absolutely wonderful. She was so welcoming and treated us like royalty.
All the hotels were of a good standard, however the Hoi An Trails Resort and Spa was outstanding. We were lucky to spend an evening with the Managing Director of Sapphire Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City, Mr Nguyen Tran Cat and enjoyed our stay there very much.
One suggest we have is as an advertising aid, that when you give your mobile phone to a client you also present to them a fan with “Asia Essence Tours” printed on the fan. This would be most useful, for women in particular, with the heat in your country and we would imagine that a fan would be of little cost to your company.

ASIA ESSENCE TOURS did an outstanding job of putting together an itinerary to suite our desires. We both felt we could have spent and extra half day or day in Hoian. The guides we had; Mr. Nam, Mr. Binh and Ms Tran were excellent sources of information. They had a very good command of the English language and we had no trouble understanding them. We thought the tour was the right mix of guided portions to self paced. Initially some of the restaurant suggestions were more in line with tourist spots. Once we made our desires known to visit more local spots the guides were able to suggest places more to our liking. The restaurants chosen by ASIA ESSENCE TOURS for the meals that were included in the package were excellent choices. Neither Ms Mullen nor myself had any complaints about them. Both Ms Mullen and I agreed that Ms Tran, our guide in Saigon was the most knowledgeable. She provide valuable insight into the places visited and the workings of the Ben Thanh Market. It just added to our overall satisfaction of the trip. 

I will happily recommend ASIA ESSENCE TOURS to anyone who is considering a trip to Vietnam.

One of the things I liked best about your company is that you are very reliable . We did not have to worry about anything on the trip. It was a very easy and convenient way to travel. Now that I have seen so much of Vietnam, If return to Vietnam I will contact you to arrange these tours. This was the first time I took such an extensive tour and I learned a lot from it. I am sure it would have been much harder and less convenient for us to see so much if we were on our own. I must admit that I am getting older and am no longer a "backpacker". I do need more comfort than crowded, old buses.

Teresa Toledo et moi, nous avons fait le voyage et je vous écris pour mes impressions.
D'abord on voudrait vous remercier par l'organisation compétente du voyage. On était très contentes des guides et des hôtels. Mais je suis sûre que vous aimeriez des impressions plus précises.
Les hôtels de la chaîne Victoria sont excellents, tous les deux.
Les hôtels moins bien c'étaient ceux de Saigon et de Phnom Phem, mais très, très bien placés.
Nous avons regretté de ne pas être restés plus longtemps à Hanoi et à Siem Riep: Angkor est un site absolument superbe et Hanoi une ville très intéressante.
La seule suggestion: on devrait mieux prévenir les gens au sujet des visites historiques qui rappellent la guerre au Cambodge; on a trouvé trop tristes et lourds.
Finalement je tiens à vous remercier le beau et organisé voyage. N'oubliez pas mon nom, parce que peut-être je vous enverrai des amis ou moi même j'aimerai retourner au Vietnam.

Mai Chau 2 days - 27/28 - Nov - 2015

Our weekend to Mai Chau was wonderful....we were delighted with everything.....from the wonderful guide (so knowledgeable) and had a great sense of humor and a lot of patience with us.....the driver who was such a safe....good driver and willing to stop at a moments notice when we wanted to take a photo.
The facilities in Mai Chau were great....food delicious. Mr Thien took us on wonderful walks.....telling us about the agriculture....about the life in the villages.
The van was perfect....everything was perfect.
I am very grateful to you for making our weekend so nice. As a team leader....it is not typically my responsibility to plan weekend activities. I did for this group.....as we all agree we made a wonderful choice.

Thanks for your good wishes. Yes we have arrived back in Australia and some of us are back to work. The flight with Malaysia Airline was good but was overbooked, we were offered flights to Bali then Perth arriving much later than our booked flight. After a round of discussions with supervisors at KL airport and with a big sigh of relief we managed to persuade them to let us board the plane. in Australia we were told later that the travel insurance did not cover us for Air Asia's cancelled flight. At least we are happy to be back home on time.
We will put a comment on your website because we were very happy with the planning and the management of our tour. Your guides were very professional, knowledgeable and enthusiastic, with Tran in Saigon and Thuy(?), We called him Tim, in Hanoi the pick of the bunch and top mention for the drivers too. To you and the team our sincerest appreciation for a great job. Since we've arrived I have given copies of our itinerary and great reviews to a colleague at work and our family doctor who are both planning to travel to Vietnam. The tour is being great, among other things due to your efficiency and good will. As you already know, the problem with Mr. Romero's passport was happily solved. We were really concerned about that but Mr. Lok helped us a lot.
The staff here in Siem Reap is outstanding, polite and always ready to support us at any time. Today the girl who came to welcome us at Siem Reap port has delivered to us the gifts that you've sent. We felt more than happy due to the unexpected surprise. You made our day !! My Mexican friends intend to do a tour in March (probably) through Vietnam and Laos and no doubt, they will consult you after the good experience that we are having with your Company. I imagine that you know that we moved from Mysteres d'Angkor (bad located, uncomfortable rooms, poor breakfast, etc...) to Casa Angkor which is really great value. That was my mistake... I'm so sorry about it.

Our tour guide (Gan-Trang) and driver in Ho Chi Minh City were wonderful. 
The guide went out of her way to inform us about the culture, religion, beliefs and daily life of the peoples of Vietnam. She was also funny and very caring - helping me find medication when I got an eye infection and giving us wonderful recommendations about where to eat and what to do in our free time. She really helped make the trip to Vietnam an incredible experience.

We had a very enjoyable trip. The assistance provided by Ms Thao in setting up our trip was excellent. All our tour guides and drivers were extremely friendly and knowledgeable.Their English was good, but some were much easier to understand than others. The most inconvience was the long wait we had at the airport after our trip to Ha Long bay . We were at the airport for a long time before our flight to Hue. Other than that things went very well.

Amazing tour! Ms. Tran in Ho Chi Minh City stood out as one of the best guides I have EVER encountered. Her street smart knowledge made our trip that much more enjoyable! My only recommendation would be to check with the guests about food options....one restaurant we were taken to catered to american and french with a lot of "westernized food". My friend and I love to enjoy local fare and local flavors. I have recommended your company to my friends and family!
