Day 1: Saigon arrival ( D)
Arriving in Tan Son Nhat airport, you will be welcomed by Asia Essence Tours expert and transferred to hotel to check in. Welcome dinner in a fine restaurant hosted by Asia Essence Tours.

Day 2: Saigon city Tour (B, L)

Having breakfast at the hotel

Then, our tour guide and driver will pick you up at the hotel, start your day tour of Ho Chi Minh highlights. The 1st destination is the Reunification Palace - formerly known as the museum of American War Crimes that was the former residence of the President of South Vietnam until April 30, 1975. You also visit some of the best samples of French colonial architecture which are the Notre Dame Cathedral church and the Saigon Central Post Office. Next to the cathedral stands the Central Post Office that is the country’s largest post office was built in 1891. It is another fine example of French architecture and is Vietnam's largest post office. Having a special lunch at a popular local eatery in Saigon.

After lunch, we continue to China town area to visit the most popular secret temple of Chinese Vietnamese community in Saigon, the Thien Hau Buddhist temple. The rest of the time is leisurely on shopping and visiting to the most bustling wholesale market in Saigon, also known as Cho Lon market, a well justified as Vietnam’s largest market. If having more time, you will have chances to visit a famous lacquer ware workshop and enjoy interaction with the local artist. Dinner is on your own arrangement.

Day 3: Saigon Mekong delta day tour (B,L,D)

Having breakfast at the hotel

After breakfast, we will have an excursion to My Tho, one of the most charmful cities in the Mekong Delta close to Saigon. It takes us 2 hours to reach the river tributaries of the Mekong Delta. On arrival in My Tho, board a boat and travel to one of the islands located in the middle of the Mekong River. On the island, visit a fruit orchard and sample some of the local produce before boarding a smaller sampan that winds through narrow canals. You will have the opportunity to visit a local family’s house and share some tea or rice wine with them.

 After lunch in My Tho, we will come back to Saigon in the late afternoon.

Day 4: Saigon departure (B)

Having breakfast at the hotel. Our tour guide will pick you up at your hotel and transfer back to Saigon airport for boarding your flight back to home.
